Ongoing Commitment to Learning

BEST Learning Community--Three year capacity building project sponsored by the Charles and Helen Schwab Foundation in collaboration with Robert Wood Johnson Foundation. This first phase of Building Effective Substance Abuse Treatment (BEST) was implemented in San Mateo County.  The Learning Community continues to meet as part of the San Mateo County Treatment Providers' Coalition.

Participated in facilitation of and as participant in various non-profit strategic planning meetings with boards, staff and community stake holders.

Worked with El Centro de Libertad, County of San Mateo Human Services Agency and Mental Health Services to provide accreditation for training to medical and certified human service professionals.
